Japanese domestic market parts, sourced to order

You name the part We find it in Japan Landed in A$

We do not hold stock. You tell us the car and the part, we go looking at auction and through the dismantlers we buy from in Japan, and we come back with a landed Australian dollar price, usually within 4 business days. Nothing is charged until you say yes to it.

How it works

A request, start to finish

Request a part
  1. 01

    You send the details

Chassis number, build month and what you need. A part number if you have one, a photograph of the part on the car if you do not.

  2. 02

    We go looking, in Japanese

Auction houses, dismantlers and the retailers we buy from — searched in Japanese, across the whole country, including the places export sites never reach. We check the part against your build month rather than the model year.

  3. 03

    You get a landed price

Usually within 4 business days, in Australian dollars, with duty, GST and freight to your postcode already in it. Photographs and an honest condition grade come with it.

  4. 04

    You decide

No deposit to quote and no obligation. If we cannot find it, or cannot find one worth buying, we tell you that instead of selling you something else.

What we source

See all

Engine

Long and short blocks, turbochargers, manifolds, fuel and cooling. Engine parts are the most variant-sensitive things on these cars, so we work from the chassis number rather than the model year.

8 part types

Drivetrain

Gearboxes, differentials, clutches, driveshafts and transfer cases. Grade matters more than model here — two grades of the same car can share almost nothing in this category.

5 part types

Suspension

Coilovers, dampers, springs, arms, bushes and bracing. Both factory and aftermarket, and we will tell you honestly when a used coilover is not worth the freight.

5 part types

Brakes

Callipers, rotors, master cylinders, lines and pads. Factory big-brake setups from the higher grades are among the most requested things we look for.

4 part types

Body and exterior

Panels, bumpers, wings, glass and trim. Freight is a real part of the landed price on anything panel-sized, and we quote it up front rather than after you commit.

5 part types

Interior

Seats, rails, trim, instrument clusters, steering wheels and switchgear. Interior parts are where originality is hardest to find and easiest to misrepresent.

5 part types

Lighting

Headlights, tail lights, indicators and fog lights. Lenses craze with age, so we photograph them in daylight rather than under workshop lighting.

4 part types

Wheels

Factory and aftermarket wheels, and the odd offsets that suit these chassis. Counterfeits are common in the desirable sizes, so we check forging stamps and weights.
